The workshop “Culture Accessible to All” was held on 25 November 2025 at Coworking Pula, within the FORTIC Project, with the aim of initiating a structured, expert and participatory dialogue on accessibility and the inclusion of vulnerable groups in culture.

The programme was organised as a panel discussion and a practical session, with participation from city representatives, cultural institutions, civil society organisations and professionals from a range of disciplines.

The workshop’s EU logic is a shift from obligation to delivery: accessibility is treated as a binding requirement and must be embedded from the earliest stages of planning, programming and designing cultural content and spaces.

As part of the engagement, Kubik plus prepared a Report that consolidates the key findings and recommendations and proposes deliverable measures for the inclusion of vulnerable groups, with a strong emphasis on the principle “Nothing about us without us”.
